Believe it or not, we've even seen the course
cost disguised by adding in a discount on equipment they assume that
you'll buy.
You can protect yourself from such surprises
by always asking if there are any additional costs involved. Also
ask if any discounts on dive gear have been factored in obscuring
the true cost of the class.
